Lee Hollander brings 14 years of experience as a Florida prosecutor as well as his years of criminal defense, and Dan Hanuka has 8 years of experience as a public defender prior to his association with the firm. Between us, we have handled over 500 trials and have over 27 years of experience. This experience allows us to offer our clients a comprehensive approach to criminal defense.
If, after consultation between you and your attorney we decide it is in your best interest to negotiate a plea agreement, we will do so. If instead we take the case to trial we are prepared for that.
